- KOCO DC-MOTION, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to help the application engineers with customer and internal communication, daily documentation and data entry tasks
- Position may evolve into full-time based on performance

- Duties and responsibilities:
- Convert customer purchase orders into internal work orders for manufacturing
- Process internal manufacturing shipment and invoice documents into documents for customers
- Manage shipment dates with customers
- Answer incoming phone calls to company line
- Electronic document control
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Work with accounting on sales tax reports
- Reconcile account statements and coordinate customer payments with accounts payable
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers at parent companies, and internal team including our external Sales Representatives
- Assist with scheduling and booking for business travel
- Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work with teams in a global environment
- Background check
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Typing speed > 40 WPM
- Additional skills (a plus not required)
- Small business accounting software
- Ability to speak Mandarin
